The ingredients needed to cook Millets icecream :
- Get 100 gms of Finger millet (ragi).
- Take 100 gms of Foxtail millet (thinai).
- Prepare 200 ml of Condensed milk.
- Use 100 gms of Barnyard millet (kutharaivali).
- Prepare 100 gms of Kodo millet (varagu).
- Prepare of Little millet (saamai).
- Get 200 ml of Fresh cream.
- Use 1 cup of Jaggery.
- Get 100 gms of Kodo millet (varagu).
- Get 100 gms of Little millet (saamai).
- Get 1 cup of Jaggery.
Steps to make Millets icecream :
- Take all the millets together. Dry roast them in a dry pan. Wash once. Then cook then in boiling water until they are soft. To this add Jaggery,Once the Jaggery. Melts completely chilli it. Then cool and make a smooth paste of this in food processor.
- To the cooled smooth paste add fresh cream and condensed milk. Mix them well and transfer to a ice cream tray or any air tight container. Freeze it overnight.The next day scoop them and serve. The most amazing flavor is waiting yet to be tasted.
